Attention all knitters
and those who'd like to learn.
The group is open to anyone who wants to come
- it would be great to see you.
Please come and meet other knitters, have a natter and a cup of tea, or coffee;
We meet at Starbeck Methodist Church, meeting from 1.30 p.m. 'till 3.30 p.m.
on the first and third Monday of each month.
Knit what you like from blanket squares to baby clothes, or adult clothes for the homeless.
We have made hundreds of baby chicks and Christmas stockings for the
'Sick Children's Trust', to sell; Angels for the church to give away at Christmas,
and twiddle muffs for those with dementia at the Hospital and local care homes.
But it is fine to bring your own knitting, if you have some,
and join in the fun with us .
